The Tib Bar Guy 90 Day Return

Please use our Support Center to start a return during the 90 day return period.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note return postage cost will be deducted from the final refund amount.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Waiver: In consideration of being permitted to participate or use in any way the use of exercise equipment sold or obtained from The Tib Bar Guy or any equipment sold or obtained from the TBG Athletic Group LLC or DBA The Tib Bar Guy,

"The Activity" use, or any form of use for which, I, for myself, my heirs, personal representatives or assigns, do hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue TBG Athletic Group LLC or DBA The Tib Bar Guy its officers, members, employees, and agents and release all liability from any and all claims including the negligence of use or any activity whatsoever from its officers, members, employees and agents, resulting in personal injury, accidents or illnesses (including death), and property loss arising from, but not limited to, participation in The Activity.

Assumption of Risks: Participation in The Activity carries with it certain inherent risks that cannot be eliminated regardless of the care taken to avoid injuries. The specific risks vary from one activity to another, but the risks range from 1) minor injuries such as scratches, bruises, and sprains 2) major injuries such as eye injury or loss of sight, joint or back injuries, heart attacks, and concussions to 3) catastrophic injuries including paralysis and death. I have read the previous paragraphs and I know, understand, and appreciate these and other risks that are inherent in The Activity. I hereby assert that my participation or purchase is voluntary and that I knowingly assume all such risks. Indemnification and Hold Harmless: I also agree to INDEMNIFY AND HOLD The Tib Bar Guy / TBG Athletic Group LLC HARMLESS from any and all claims, actions, suits, procedures, costs, expenses, damages and liabilities, including attorney’s fees brought as a result of my involvement in The Activity and to reimburse them for any such expenses incurred. Severability: The undersigned, purchase, obtained further expressly agrees that the foregoing waiver and assumption of risks agreement is intended to be as broad and inclusive as is permitted by the law of the State of Ohio and that if any portion thereof is held invalid, it is agreed that the balance shall, notwithstanding, continue in full legal force and effect.

Acknowledgment of Understanding: I have read this waiver of liability, assumption of risk, and indemnity agreement, fully understand its terms, and understand that I am giving up substantial rights, including my right to sue.

I acknowledge that purchasing or obtaining the Tib Bar equipment designed and made by TBG Athletic Group LLC that I am agreeing freely and voluntarily, and intend by my purchase or from obtaining to be a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law.

The Tib Bar Guy orders ship the next day, except for orders received on Saturday and Sunday, when out of stock, or when otherwise stated on the product page. We will update customers if we are out of inventory. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed and scheduled for delivery on the following business day.Customer Attention: Please make sure all shipping information is correct during checkout! Incorrect shipping information may result in additional shipping expenses for your order. Shipping for the contiguous United States is between 2-5 shipping days.The delivery time for international shipping depends on where you are located.
