TBG Parallel Bars: Assembly Guide

TBG Parallel Bars: Assembly Guide

Setting up your parallel bars is a simple and straightforward process. Follow this step-by-step guide to ensure a secure and stable assembly. Before you begin, make sure you have the following components:

What You’ll Need:

Two parallel bars

Four feet

Bolt pack (including bolts, washers, and nuts)

Two wrenches

Step 1: Attach the Feet to the Parallel Bars

1. Take one bolt and insert it through the bottom of the foot.

2. Align the bolt with the corresponding hole in the parallel bar and push it through.

3. Place a washer onto the bolt, followed by securing it with a nut.

4. Hand-tighten the nut for now.

5. Repeat this process for the other side of the same parallel bar.

Step 2: Secure the Other End

1. Move to the opposite end of the parallel bar.

2. Repeat the same process—insert a bolt through the foot, align it with the hole in the bar, and secure it with a washer and nut.

3. Hand-tighten all nuts to keep everything in place.

Step 3: Tighten the Bolts

1. Flip the parallel bar over so that it rests on its feet.

2. Using both wrenches, firmly tighten all of the bolts to ensure stability.

Step 4: Assemble the Second Parallel Bar

1. Follow the same steps outlined above to assemble the second parallel bar.

2. Once fully tightened, double-check all bolts to confirm everything is secure.
