Learn & Train

1

Poliquin Step-ups

A step-up variation is performed to strengthen the quads, knees, and VMO. Lower the non-working leg in a controlled motion, tap the ground, and drive through the lead leg to return.

2

Split Squats

A single-leg strength exercise that targets the quads, glutes, and hamstrings while improving balance and hip stability. With one leg forward and the other behind, lower into a lunge position and push through the front foot to return to standing.

3

Jefferson Curls

A slow, controlled spinal flexion movement that builds strength and mobility through the posterior chain. Starting from a standing position, roll down one vertebra at a time with a loaded bar or weight, stretching the hamstrings and training full-body control.

4

Deficit Squat

A squat variation is performed with the feet elevated on a platform to increase the range of motion and demand on the hips, quads, and glutes. This deeper squat position builds strength, mobility, and control through the entire lower body.
