Welcome to the how-to video for the Slant Stack — your versatile training companion designed for a wide range of exercises. Whether you’re working on mobility, strength, or stability, the Slant Stack offers countless configurations to fit your training needs.

What’s Included in the Slant Stack?

The Slant Stack comes with:

1x Slant Board

3x stackable platforms

This modular design allows you to customize the height and angle for various exercises. While there are many ways to configure your setup, the most common setup is placing the slant board on top of the stackable platforms.

Three Slant Board Positions

Depending on the movement you’re performing, you can position the slant board in three different ways on top of the platform. This flexibility lets you target specific muscle groups and adjust difficulty as needed.

New Feature: Built-in Band Slot

The latest addition to the Slant Stack is a band slot located underneath the stackable platforms — a game changer for resistance training.

Here’s how to use it:

1. Place your resistance band on the floor, in front of the Slant Stack.

2. Set your Slant Stack on top of the band, ensuring it fits into the band slot.

3. Now you’re ready to perform banded exercises for added resistance and intensity.
