{ open = !open; transitioning = true })" tabIndex="0"> What is The SledTred w/o Power Tower?
The SledTred is a revolutionary 6-in-1 fitness machine that combines a manual treadmill, resistance sled, hip thrust station, Nordic bench, and sit-up bench, into one compact unit. It’s designed for both lower body strength training and conditioning, with a space-saving design perfect for home gyms plus you can add the optional power tower to increase the versatility.
{ open = !open; transitioning = true })" tabIndex="0"> Can I measure the resistance and track distance and time?
Absolutely. The SledTred has 12 levels of magnetic resistance and two ways to adjust it — through the dynamic resistance dial and the direct flywheel adjuster. The onboard computer tracks both time and distance, in either miles or feet, giving you options for tracking long walks, resisted sprints, sled pushes, and backward drags. You can even set the timer to sound an alert when you hit your goal, so you can focus on your training without constantly checking the screen.
{ open = !open; transitioning = true })" tabIndex="0"> Can I upgrade The SledTred later to include the Power Tower?
Yes! The Power Tower Attachment is sold separately and can be added later if you want to expand your training options to include pull-ups, dips, and additional upper body work.
{ open = !open; transitioning = true })" tabIndex="0"> What is included with The SledTred?
The SledTred, the adjustable dip bars, and the adjustable multi-pad are all included. The Multi-Step Attachment and the Versa Pad are sold separately.
{ open = !open; transitioning = true })" tabIndex="0"> How much space does The SledTred require?
Fully assembled, The SledTred without the Power Tower measures 67 inches long, 28 inches wide, and 65.5 inches tall. When you store it vertically, the length shrinks to 52 inches, making it easy to stand against a wall when not in use. The treadmill deck is also very easy to lift, requiring only 20 pounds of lifting force.

Assembly takes around 90 minutes, and we provide a complete video walkthrough in the Getting Started section on our website to guide you step by step.
{ open = !open; transitioning = true })" tabIndex="0"> Do I need electricity to use The SledTred?
No! The SledTred is completely manual — you power the belt yourself — which makes it both reliable and versatile in terms of placement.
{ open = !open; transitioning = true })" tabIndex="0"> How do I adjust the resistance and incline?
Resistance is controlled through a 12-level magnetic resistance dial. Start light for warm-ups or casual walking, or turn it up for heavy sled pushes and resisted sprints. The treadmill deck can be used flat at 0 degrees or inclined at 7 degrees to increase intensity and change the training stimulus.

Attachments such as the Multi-Step, Hip Thrust/Split Squat Roller, and Dip Bars all connect using our patent-pending double rail system, which offers multiple height adjustments for proper positioning and user comfort.
Adjustment Levels:
• Sledding Pad: 4 height levels
• Hip Thrust/Split Squat Roller: 6 height levels
• Nordic Curl Ankle Pad: 3 height levels
• Multi-Step Attachment: 17 height levels, adjustable in 1.5-inch increments
