The Nordic Weight Bench: Assembly Guide

The Nordic Weight Bench is a versatile and essential piece of fitness equipment. Follow this step-by-step guide for a smooth and secure assembly.

Step 1: Unfold the Bench

Begin by unfolding the bench. Insert the center pin through the designated hole to lock it into place.

Step 2: Attach the Foot with Wheels

Locate the foot with wheels and align it with the upper frame. Use four small bolts with washers to attach it securely. Hand-tighten the bolts for now to allow for adjustments later.

Step 3: Attach the Opposite Foot

Repeat the process on the other end of the frame, again hand-tightening the bolts at this stage.

Step 4: Install the Nordic Base Frame

Lower the butt pad to keep it out of the way. Position the Nordic base frame correctly and align it with the lower frame of the bench. Insert two long bolts with washers through the lower frame into the Nordic base frame. Hand-tighten them first, then fully secure them with a wrench.

Step 5: Secure the Nordic Base Frame

Once the base frame is in place, lift and flip the bench. Take one of the pull knobs and screw it into the Nordic base frame to ensure a secure fit.

Step 6: Attach the L Frame

Insert the L frame into the Nordic base frame, ensuring the side with a single hole is properly aligned. Pull back on the pull knob and release it to lock the frame securely in place.

Step 7: Secure the Nordic Adjustment Bar

Take another pull knob and screw it into the Nordic adjustment bar. Pull back on the knob and slide the adjustment bar onto the L frame, securing it in place.

Step 8: Attach the Ankle Rollers

Use the final pull knob to secure the ankle rollers. Pull back on the knob, slide the ankle rollers onto the Nordic adjustment bar, and ensure they are firmly in place.

Step 9: Final Tightening

Place the bench on a flat surface. Fully tighten all eight foot bolts, ensuring all parts are aligned. Double-check that every bolt on the bench is properly secured before use.
