The Tib Machine is the most compact & affordable Tibia Dorsi Machine on the market designed to unilaterally isolate the Tibialis Anterior muscle and provide a measurable way to load the tib raise exercise.

The Tibialis Anterior is the muscle that runs next to the shin bone, down the front of the leg from the knee to the ankle. When the Tibialis Anterior muscle is weak, the undue force generated through walking, running, or jumping makes its way to the knee, causing knee pain and shin splints.

Performing Tib Raises will help develop a strong Tibialis Anterior muscle, which is the first line of defense against knee injuries & has been linked to decreased shin splints and knee pain.

Using The Tib Machine also helps to strengthen the muscles, tendons, and ligaments surrounding the ankle while simultaneously stretching and increasing the ankle's range of motion.

What is The Difference Between The Tib Machine & The Tib Bar Pro?

The Tib Machine & The Tib Bar Pro are both designed to train the Tibialis Anterior, however if you value using a dedicated machine to better isolate during your lift then The Tib Machine is for you.

Do I need to use the provided weight clamp?

We included weight clamps for The Tib Machine to prevent the weight plates from moving/rattling during use.

They are not required, however they help to offer a better experience while lifting.

Are the loading bars removable?

Yes, we made the loading bars fully removable for easy storage!
