The Nordic Weight Bench: How To Use Guide

The Nordic Weight Bench is a versatile piece of equipment designed to support various exercises, including weight bench workouts and Nordic curls. This guide will walk you through the key features of the bench, how to set it up, and how to use it effectively for different exercises.

Weight Bench Setup

The Nordic Weight Bench can be used with or without the Nordic attachment. For most weight bench exercises, the attachment will not get in the way, but if you prefer to remove it:

1. Pull the pull knob.

2. Lift the attachment out.

3. Place it to the side for storage.

To adjust the back pad:

1. Pull the adjustment knob.

2. Set the back pad to your preferred angle.

3. Follow the same steps to adjust the butt pad for optimal comfort and positioning.

Nordic Attachment Adjustments

The Nordic attachment features two adjustment knobs:

1. Lower knob: Adjusts the attachment horizontally.

2. Upper knob: Adjusts the attachment vertically.

For proper positioning of the ankle roller pads:

1. Ensure your knee is centered on the butt pad.

2. Position the ankle rollers just above your heel.

1. Lower the back pad to a decline angle.

2. Raise the butt pad to its highest position.

3. Flip the ankle roller to secure your feet.

Storage Mode

To store the bench efficiently:

1. Flip the ankle rollers.

2. Lower the back pad.

3. Pull out the center pin and lift the bench up.

4. Reinsert the center pin into the middle hole.

5. If the surface is uneven, use the adjustable feet to stabilize the bench.
