{ open = !open; transitioning = true })" tabIndex="0"> Who should use The Reverse Squat Strap?
Anyone looking to improve they’re lower body and core strength. This product is especially useful for athletes, runners, jumpers, and lifters. It’s particularly beneficial for strengthening the hip flexors, which are often neglected in traditional training.
{ open = !open; transitioning = true })" tabIndex="0"> Why is hip flexor strength important?
The stronger and heavier your legs become from exercises such as squats and other pressing movements, the stronger your hip flexors need to be! This is because the hip flexors are responsible for lifting your legs. The harder your leg is being pushed behind you during movements such as a sprint, the stronger the hip flexors need to be to pull the leg forwards for your next step. So if you are getting stronger and heavier legs from your training then it’s important to match that with adequate hip flexor training and strength.
