How long will it take to get my order?
All product excluding pre-order items ship the next day, except for orders received on Saturday and Sunday. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed and scheduled for delivery on the following business day. Shipping for the contiguous United States is between 2-5 shipping days and is shipped through USPS®, UPS Ground®, or Fedex®. The delivery time for international shipping depends on where you are located. All worldwide orders are shipped through USPS®, UPS®, Fedex®, or DHL® which takes 1-10 business days to arrive depending on your location. Delivery details and a tracking number will be provided in your confirmation email, which will be sent to you after your order has been processed.
Do you offer International Shipping?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply and will be added at checkout. The delivery time for international shipping depends on where you are located. Can I return or exchange my product?
The Tib Bar Guy 90 Day Return Please use our Support Center to start a return during the 90 return period. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note return postage cost will be deducted from the final refund amount. You can always contact us for any return question at support@thetibbarguy.com Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
My product is faulty / has been damaged in transit, what should I do?
We are sorry to hear that! Please contact us using the support center with details of the issue. We will then either send you out a replacement part or organize a full product replacement, depending on the scope of the damage.
Product Warranty
The Tib Bar Guy offers a standard non transferable 90 day warranty unless other wise stated. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and does not cover damage related to use or wear. If you have any questions or concerns please reach out. Regardless of said warranty we will always try to work with our customer to ensure they are satisfied.

What size weight plates does The Tib Bar Pro accept?
The Tib Bar Pro has been designed for Olympic and Competition rubber bumper plates that are 2" size. The Tib Bar is not compatible with standard 1" sized weight plates. If you are unsure or have questions regarding this please contact us before purchasing. Thank you!
Does The Tib Bar Pro come with weights?
The weight plates shown in the pictures and videos are for illustrative purposes only and are not included with the purchase of The Tib Bar Pro.
What is the maximum weight capacity for The Tib Bar Pro?
We have tested and designed The Tib Bar Pro to easily work with up to 150 lbs. Any weight above your bodies accepted tolerance is not recommend and shall be used at your own risk. For reference, the typical weight range is between 15-30 lbs.

Foot Size / Barefoot Exercise?
The Solo Tib Bar is designed to be used with nearly all feet sizes, however under rare circumstances if you have either a very small or very large foot then there may be fitment issues. If this is the case please reach out to us for a return or exchange for another product. This product can be used bare foot however it. was designed to be used with a shoe on for optimal fitment.

What is The Slant Stack?
The Slant Stack is a first of its kind product in that it allows you to safely attach the slant board on top of 2 inch stackable boxes. This gives you the freedom to focus on your training instead of focusing on not slipping or falling off the platform you are on. Use the built-in handles to easily stack or unstack them to your training needs!

Yes, however the surface is rough grip tape to provide a secure placement of your feet and may be harsh on the foot if used barefoot.

What is a Slant Board?
The Slant Board is one of the most dynamic pieces of workout equipment and pairs perfectly for ATG (Athletic Truth Group) training. Our Slant Board is primarily used to train the lower body by placing more tension on the VMO’s (Vastus Medialis Oblique). The VMO is the primary muscle that protects the knee from injury.
